REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT PROCESSOR 

We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you. In addition to this Agreement, the processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor. Currently, our Payment Processor is Stripe®. Your payments are processed by and through Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Processor. We also do not control Stripe the third-party processor. All charges at the prices will go into effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct the Payment Processor to correct, any errors or mistakes even if payment has already been requested or received. By your submission of purchase and submission of payment, you (the User) agree to pay us Neat Nessa LLC, through the Payment Processor.

 

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, & OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or our Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ONLINE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
