REFUND POLICY - VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN

Your satisfaction matters to us, however, due to the digital nature of our virtual design services. We do not offer refunds. Please feel free to email us at hello@nessa-interiors.com with any concerns.

Nessa Interiors delivers non-tangible digital goods and digital services. All sales of Nessa Interiors Virtual Interior Design services are digital services that are accessible upon confirmation of purchase. All Virtual Interior Design services purchased are final unless a specific agreement was made prior to your purchase or if you cannot review the design package you purchased for a specific and valid reason (e.g. some sort of incompatibility). In case of a refund, you are responsible for initial transaction fees related to your payment.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR E-COMMERCE ITEMS

*We do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, furniture, lighting, artwork, vintage items, or anything sold via Facebook Marketplace, Etsy or Nessa Interiors Website

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on selected items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned damage-free with tags still attached and packing still intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking. Nessa Interiors is not responsible or liable for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your return, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method or gift card for store credit of your choice. A confirmation email will be emailed once your return has been accepted. Please allow your refund to process within 5-7 business days of receipt into your account.

 

CHANGES TO ADDRESS

An address cannot be changed after 48 hours of the order receipt.

 

BACKORDERED ITEMS

We work hard to update our site to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. If an item is back-ordered, the estimated restock date should display under the “add to cart” button. Any changes to an estimated shipping time frame may occur due to production delays. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.
