This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Nessa Interiors (“Neat Nessa LLC, Us, We, Our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User, you, User’s”) of the www.nessa-interiors.com website and affiliated sites (“Site, Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Nessa Interiors.
INFORMATION & DATA COLLECTED/ PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
Our Site only collects the Personally Identifiable Information the User voluntarily provides to us. We may collect personal identification information from Users using our Sites including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, purchase a virtual design service package, place an order, purchase a product, fill out any forms, subscribe to our newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We collect the personal information User gives us, such as the User’s name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. When browsing our Sites and our affiliated sites, we also automatically receive your (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
CONSENT
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. With Users voluntarily submitting, we may send emails about Nessa Interiors content, marketing, services, products, and other updates. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information by not submitting or providing any information to our Sites.
MEDIA
In our Virtual Design Services Packages, We obtain personal information from various sources and third-party sites, such as Programa, Flodesk, SquareUp & Stripe to collect information and process payments. If the User uploads images to the Sites, the User should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Sites can download and extract any location data from images on the Sites.
ANALYTICS TOOLS
We use Google Analytics tracking tools to improve the performance and features of our Sites. Google Analytics is designed to track and collect only Non-Personal Information about your use of our Sites. By using our Sites, you understand that tracking tools are managed by other companies. User understands that we are not responsible for what information may be captured by third-party companies or affiliate sites or how they protect User information. PRIVACY POLICIES ON OTHER WEBSITES
Nessa Interiors's website contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website. Third-party companies and affiliated sites may have their privacy policies and terms. Browsing and interacting on any other website, including website(s) that have a link to our Site, is subject to that website(s) own terms and policies. Please refer back to the “Media” & “Analytics Tools” sections to review third parties and affiliates we use as of lately on our Site and review our Terms & Conditions page to review more. Our Sites, third parties websites, and affiliates fully comply with national laws regarding SPAM. Users can freely opt out of receipts of further email correspondence from us, third-party companies, as well as our affiliates. We at Nessa Interiors agree that we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third party without your permission and consent.

We may disclose any User’s personal information if we are required by law to do so or if any User violates our Terms of service.
COOKIES
Cookies are text files placed on a User’s computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. COLLECTED INFORMATION
Nessa Interiors collects and uses Users' personal information to improve customer service, personalize user experience, improve our Sites, process transactions, & send periodic emails. Any email address Users provide for purchasing service packages and order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their transaction. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries and other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include Nessa Interiors news, updates related to products or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving any future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email for the User to unsubscribe from.
SECURITY & PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take proper precautions to protect User information collected on our Sites. Although no method of submission and transmission over the Internet or electronically is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices and use consistent security measures. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you provide us won’t be intercepted during transmission over the Internet or electronically for that matter.
CHILDREN PRIVACY PROTECTION
By using this site, you understand our Site is not designed for use by individuals under the age of 13 (“Child”). By using our Sites, User represents that User is at least the age of majority in individuals state or province of residence. We do not verify the age of our User and we do not have the liability for verifying the User’s age. However, if you are a parent or guardian and suspect that your child may have provided us with personal information without parental consent, please feel free to email us at hello@orangegrovedesign.com as soon as possible in order for us to become aware of the matter and delete personal information Child has submitted. Parent/guardian also understands that they are legally liable for any transaction submitted by Child.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We advise reviewing this Privacy Policy frequently. We may revise this agreement at any time, and any modifications will be effective immediately once posted. For the User’s convenience and future reference, the date of the most recent revision of this Privacy Policy is listed above. The method we choose is at our sole discretion. If our company makes material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that updates have been placed so you are aware of what information is collected. Examples such as, if our company is merged or transferred with or to another company, User is aware that we may disclose your information and may be transferred to the other parties so they may continue to support, sell, and/or provide products and/or services to you.
